Wellness Centers
- LEVELLING
Levelling (if necessary) with thixotropic cementitious skimming plaster in layers 2 to 10 mm thick, such as RASO or GAP or GAP-R in layers 3 to 30 mm thick, all by Technokolla.
Amount required:
1.6-1.7 kg/m2 for every mm of thickness
- WATERPROOFING
Waterproofing layer made of non-carbonating cementitious two-pack skimming plaster certified as being suitable for waterproofing by Säurefliesner-Vereinigung E.V., such as RASOLASTIK by Technokolla, applied in two coats with a flat trowel for a 3 mm overall thickness, reinforced with FIBERGLASS NETTING in the first coat and with adhesive STRIP type RL 80 S by Technokolla for sealing corners, edges and expansion joints.
Amount required:
2.0 kg/m2 for every mm of thickness
- TILE FIXING
mosaic fixed with cementitious adhesive able to withstand an alkaline environment, such as TECHNO-ONE or TECHNOMOS (only for fixing vitreous mosaic) by Technokolla, conforming to European standard EN 12004 C2TE. Vitreous mosaic joints grouted with two-pack epoxy grouting such as SKYCOLORS by Technokolla, in accordance with European standard EN 13888 RG or the gaps between ceramic tiles grouted with low modulus cementitious grouting such as TOPSTUK by Technokolla, in accordance with European standard EN 13888 CG2. Expansion joints on a level with changes in gradients and corners sealed with ACESIL-310 silicone sealant by Technokolla after synthetic cord has been positioned within the gap in the cladding on a level with the joint itself. To proceed in the correct way, it is advisable to apply the silicone before cementitious grouting.

TECHNOMOS 3 kg/m2
Amount of cementitious grouting required:
1.8 kg/m2 (12x24 cm format, 10 mm gaps)
Amount of SKYCOLORS required:
0.8 kg/m2 (mosaic in the 2x2 cm format, 2 mm gaps)
